About Board Dynamics
Expert advice for better boards
At Board Dynamics, we don’t believe in ticking boxes or following rules for their own sake – we just want to make sure your board works for your business. Every business has unique needs, so a one-size-fits-all approach doesn’t work.
We work with you to find the right mix of personalities, views, and expertise for your board; and we help to establish a culture of respect, communication, and constructive dissent.
People are the key to a great board – just as our people are the heart of our business. At Board Dynamics, our team has the experience and expertise to give board chairs and directors independent, informed advice. Established in 2009, we work to create effective, impactful boards and committees though expert advice and practical guidance. We stay current on global hot topics through annual training at Stanford, Harvard and Cambridge University.
Our leadership team has extensive global experience in a diverse range of industries with expertise in Board and Governance roles.
